Mankins…took a hit in the Super Bowl after which it was discovered that he had a torn ACL…Training camp will start in late July, at which point we’ll have a better idea of where Mankins stands.
Torn ACL, yikes. Now that Robert Gallery addition makes a lot more sense. Gallery can play guard or tackle and has the same type of fire that Mankins plays with. It looks like Mankins will play this year, it just is yet to be known when he will play. One thing is for sure, the Patriots can hide news with the best of them.
