Today’s Lunch was sent in by a FEMALE Jam reader (I guess they do exist). And from the picture alone, I could immediately guess it was a female. What we have here is a classic “I’m watching my figure” type meal. Fruit and nuts. And it’s not even good fruit, it’s a clementine. Those are about as filling as an 8 ounce glass of gingerale…with ice. It’s pretty early to start worrying about how your body will look at Spring Break too right? I’ve heard of crash dieting before, but never have I heard of crash dieting for six months.
