Today’s lunch of the day is chicken with Asian rice noodles. Would people classify this as healthy? I wanted to try to get something that would off set my mac and cheese breakfast (when you are out of breakfast foods, you take what you can get). But I wouldn’t say this lunch is bad for you right? Just ridiculously high in sodium and maybe a few artificial preservatives that take 40 years to be broken down by the human body. Besides that, I think I’m good.
P.S. Very very sloppy meal if you plan on eating it in your car.
