Guar’s Meathead Tip of the Week

Guar here again for the meathead tip of the week. People always ask me how I have enough energy to do guarms (Guar’s arm workout, it’s a play on words) every week. The truth is, its all about what you eat. Although the late Macho Man Randy Savage’s diet consisted mostly of Slim Jims and steroids, this isn’t the best diet plan for Jammers.  Along with eating balanced meals and staying hydrated, pre-workout nutrition is extremely important. Many Jammers are short on time and getting to the gym is a struggle in itself. However, this video will explain to Jammers when to eat certain foods to give them energy to crush their local gyms.
