Lunch of the Day

This lunch was sent by a TBJ reader who apparently referred to themselves as a “runner”. Not sure what planet they run on, but a pre-run meal that consists of vanilla white cake with meatballs and pasta doesn’t sound like the best idea. Although both look pretty goddamn good, this combo would be the last thing I would want to have in my stomach during a jog. Throw a glass of milk to top off this meal, and you have a full blown stomach disaster 15 minutes into your workout.
